The necessary formal bits to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Deposits & Booking
To secure your appointment, a deposit will be taken by the booking app at the time of scheduling. Please note that I do not keep any card details on file; all transactions are handled securely through the booking system.
Once your deposit is processed, your appointment is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation message with all your session details.

Appointments

• Punctuality: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. As I often work back-to-back, arriving too early or late can disrupt the 1-on-1 experience for others.

• Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment, plus-ones are not ideal. However, if it is unavoidable, please ensure children do not handle any professional equipment.

• Mobile Phones: I kindly ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone during your treatment so we can stay on schedule and ensure the highest quality finish.
   

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations directly impact my small business.

• 48 Hours Notice: No fee incurred.

• Less than 48 Hours Notice: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be requested.

• Less than 24 Hours / Same Day / No Show: The full treatment cost will be requested.
   

Please Note: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, an invoice for the fee will be sent to you. If this fee is not settled, you will unfortunately be unable to book any future appointments at Lounge Luna. I appreciate your understanding in helping me keep my business sustainable. (Valid emergencies and illnesses will, of course, be considered).

Reminders & Finding Me
You will receive automated reminders via text and email with plenty of notice before the 24-hour mark, giving you ample time to reschedule if needed.

Locating the Salon:

• Confirmation Email: Your confirmation and 24-hour reminder emails contain a special message box at the bottom. Please scroll down to find the full address, parking instructions, and arrival procedures.

• Map Pin: For any emails received prior to the 24-hour mark, the location will show as Eggington. If you click the address, the pin will drop directly on the house.

• The Sign: Look for the Lounge Luna sign on the gate—it is a spanish style sign on the top of the gate..
